The Art of Brows Academy Online Courses

1. General terms

These terms apply to all online training courses offered by The Art of Brows Academy (Clarte OÜ), including e-courses, videos, PDF materials and other digital content. By making a purchase, the client agrees to the provisions set out in these terms and confirms that they have read them carefully.

The Art of Brows Academy (Clarte OÜ) reserves the right to update or amend these terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on the website.

2. Course access and right of use

All rights to the courses and materials belong to The Art of Brows Academy (Clarte OÜ). Upon purchasing a course, the client receives a limited, personal and non-transferable right of use.

With regard to the course content (videos, PDFs, screenshots, audio, text, methodologies) it is strictly prohibited to:

  • share,
  • copy,
  • distribute,
  • display publicly,
  • sell or transfer to third parties.

In the event of an infringement of these rights, The Art of Brows Academy has the right to suspend access immediately without a refund and, if necessary, to initiate legal action.

3. Duration of course access

Access to the course is permanent, except in the event that these terms are breached.

The Art of Brows Academy (Clarte OÜ) may make updates to the course content, remove outdated materials or add new content at its own discretion.

4. Payment terms

  • All prices are stated in euros.
  • Purchases can be paid for using the payment methods available on the website at the time of purchase.
  • The purchase is paid in full immediately.
  • Invoices are sent by e-mail or can be downloaded from the payment environment.

5. Returns and cancellations

As this is digital content that becomes immediately available upon completion of the purchase:

  • All purchases are final.
  • Digital products are not returnable or refundable.
  • Access to the course begins immediately after successful payment, and therefore the right of withdrawal does not apply pursuant to the European Union consumer protection directive (digital content exemption).

Exceptions apply only if:

  • access to the course does not work because of a technical fault caused by the system of The Art of Brows Academy (Clarte OÜ),
  • and the problem cannot be resolved within a reasonable time.

6. Technical requirements

It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that:

  • they have a working internet connection,
  • they use suitable devices (computer, phone, tablet),
  • their e-mail address is correct and working,
  • the configuration of their devices permits the course content to be opened.

The Art of Brows Academy (Clarte OÜ) is not liable for technical problems arising from the client’s settings or connection.

7. Intellectual property

All content, including videos, PDFs, methodologies, graphics, texts, trade secrets and the structure of the course, belongs to The Art of Brows Academy (Clarte OÜ).

Any unauthorised use, copying or sharing, or the creation of one’s own training course on the basis of this course, is strictly prohibited and is treated as an infringement.

8. Liability

The Art of Brows Academy (Clarte OÜ) is not liable for:

  • the quality of the work performed by the client after completing the course,
  • the injuries or allergies of clients or the technical working techniques used,
  • the pricing, results or commercial success of the client’s services,
  • direct or indirect damage arising from the use or non-use of the course.

The course is a learning and information tool, not a professional certificate or a guarantee of the client’s level of skill.

9. Certificates

If the course includes a certificate:

  • it is issued digitally,
  • the certificate confirms completion of the training, not the level of competence,
  • misuse of the certificate (advertising oneself as a certified trainer and the like) is prohibited.

10. Privacy and data protection

The client’s personal data is processed in accordance with the applicable data protection requirements. The data is used solely to provide the course and to fulfil the order; it is not sold or shared with third parties without a legal basis.

11. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Estonia. Disputes are sought to be resolved through negotiation; if no agreement is reached, disputes are resolved in the Estonian court system.
